Apricots pureed with apricot brandy and stirred into softened vanilla ice cream.
1. Using a blender, puree the apricots to measure 1 cup.
2. Add the apricot brandy.
3. Stir the apricot blend into the softened ice cream.
4. Transfer the apricot ice cream into plastic containers and freeze until firm.
Homemade ice cream can be made in minutes, frozen and enjoyed later in the day. Ice cream can be made with or without an ice cream maker.
