Black Raspberry Ice Cream Dessert

Mixture of black raspberry Jell-O, water, and sherry stirred into vanilla ice cream and frozen to set.

Ingredients -
1 (3 ounces) package Jello Black Raspberry Gelatin
1 cup Boiling Water
3/4 cup Cold Water
1/4 cup Sherry Wine
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
 
Preparation:

1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.

2. Remove the pot from the heat, add the gelatin and let it dissolve.

3. Add the cold water and the sherry.

4. Add the vanilla ice cream, stirring until melted.

5. Refrigerate the mixture until it is slightly thickened.

6. Stir and divide the mixture amongst dessert dishes.

7. Refrigerate for one hour.

8. Serve.
