Easy Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie

Mint chocolate chip ice cream spread evenly in ready-made chocolate crumb pie crust. Ice cream topped with chopped cream filled cookie sandwiches and chocolate covered peppermint candies. Chocolate hard shell ice cream topping poured over cookies and pie is frozen several hours to set.

Ingredients -
4 cups Mint Chocolate Ice Cream, softened
1 Chocolate Crumb Crust for 8-inch pie
5 Cream-Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, chopped
1/3 cup Chocolate-Covered Peppermint Candies
Chocolate Hard-Shell Ice Cream Topping
 
Preparation:

1. Evenly spread the mint chocolate chip ice cream into the prepared pie crust.

2. Cover the top of the pie with the chopped cookies and peppermint candies.

3. Drizzle the ice cream topping over the top and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

4. Serve.

For the best results, store ice cream in shallow, flat containers. The shallow container keeps the ice cream in an even consistency.
