Ice Cream Making Tip -
Finely Chopped Ingredients

Ingredients such as fruits, nuts and chocolate should be finely chopped before the process of making ice cream begins.

Ice Cream Making Tip -
Garlic

Fresh white garlic has a milder flavor than garlic that has been stored for any length of time. When buying fresh, select a garlic bulb that is firm to the touch and the bulb is compact. The individual cloves should be covered tightly in a papery skin. Remove the skin before mincing.
